S&S Motorsports is a race team based out of Fresno, CA. We are proud to have Cole Schroeder out of Bozeman, Montana, competing in various divisions of racing across the US, including Micro Sprint racing, Sprint Car racing, and Midget racing. With our passion and dedication, we strive to excel on every track and bring excitement to our fans.

    My name is Tyler Silva, I’ve been working and increasing my knowledge on sprint cars for 7 years, and Micro sprints for 2 years. I am originally from Clarksburg, CA and I now live in Fresno, CA with my family.

    Racing has been a part of my life since I was born and I have loved it ever since. My first opportunity to work on race cars was with Paul Silva. During my time with Silva I was lucky enough to work with some of the best drivers out there, such as Kyle Larson and Rico Abreu. I traveled around the country with them for a season and when the season ended I found myself wrenching on the Johnson’s family cars.

    After racing with Chase Johnson and his family for about 4 years, another opportunity presented itself allowing me to expand my knowledge on racing and I stepped back from sprint car racing to tackle the micro sprints.

    I am now starting the 2023-24 season as the crew chief for S&S Motorsports and I’m excited to see what the season has in store of our team! There are so many people that have helped me get to where I am today and I’m very thankful for all of them and their support.
